We’re happy to bring smiles all around!

Max Lucado, Author and Minister at Oak Hills Church, San Antonio, TX
“Need quality, God-centered, family-focused entertainment? The English Brothers are your guys. They never miss a note, and never miss a chance to honor God and warm your heart.”

Mary Voigt, Dir. of Celebration Ministries at Gloria Dei
“What a spectacular performance! You have been one of the all-time highlights of our Arts at Gloria Dei programs. The audience was so engaged and your music and your humor were right on target.

“It was a joy to work with you. I am always happy when we have a full house and when the people leave exclaiming “Bring this group back again!” And that was the sentiment on Saturday night. The pacing and programming were excellent – lots of familiar favorites that kept the toes tapping. Your harmonies were velvet smooth, just as you promised. The pleasant surprise for me was the range of ages in the audience – young children to teenagers to senior citizens. And they all experienced a wonderful evening of entertainment.”

“Thanks to all of you for a great show! I look forward to a repeat visit in the future.”

John Ashmen, VP, Christian Camp and Conference Association

“On behalf of Christian Camp and Conference Association, I recently invited the English Brothers to perform at a National Convention and Exhibition. In short, the guys were terrific. They received a standing ovation and many accolades from attendees. Theirs was truly an encore performance.

Christian Camp and Conference AssociationAs the annual convention chair for my association, I work with many speakers and musicians from various genres. The English Brothers are rare in the business. They engage with all age groups. And while they are very thematic, they exhibit much sensitivity and flexibility, willing to do whatever they can to make the overall event a success.

It is without hesitation I recommend the English Brothers for functions of any size. They perform equally well in a coffeehouse-style or an arena. Their material is excellent for the entire family. I know you will working with the English Brothers.”

Brad Ottosen, Jr., Cowboy Poet and Musician – The Buckaroo Band – Houston, Texas

“I just finished listening to the “Range in the Sky” album. The quality of the recording is super! Great! Good song selection…good original songs…loved it! I could hear the John Denver influence in Ray’s song…a really good song.

I really liked “Simply Gods Way.” The words are great and the melody of “Simply God’s Way” blew me away. I hear a Christmas song in that melody. It has that feel to me when I hear it.”

My favorite of Wes’ is “Ayudanos Dios.” Also, tell Gerald that I like the story line in “Drifter.”

Please keep in touch and let’s get together again. If I can help you any way I would count it a privilege.”

Tony Booth Four Time Academy of Country Music Award Winner
Musician and Recording Artist

“The English Brothers are an awesome and talented group.

I saw them perform several times at the Lake Theatre in Lake Jackson, Texas. Most recently, I had the pleasure of seeing them perform at the League City Music Festival in League City, Texas. I have also had the privilege of working with them at the Alvin Opry for the past two years.

It is such a pleasure to hear the harmonies these guys sing in their western songs, as well as their gospel songs. They never hesitate to reflect on their Christianity in the family oriented performances they give.”

I usually don’t pay to see many other artists perform, but I have paid to see these guys perform, and will continue to do so, as long as they are performing.

I am looking forward to attending a show at the Canyon Trail Chuck Wagon this summer, and recommend their shows to anyone looking for good family focused entertainment.”

“We attended the BABA show/March 17. We were anxious to see your performance for the lst time. Have visited your site frequently. We anticipate the Chuckwagon Dinner events. Plan to attend and bring one of our granddaughters(6). I hope these events will be ongoing during the summer months. Your performance was spectacular!!!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed – what a wonderful break from the Bluegrass. Plan to catch you at the Methodist Church event in April. We live in the Sugarland area; but you are worth the drive!!!!!!

“Hello Wes – I’ve received your CD “How the West was Sung” and enjoy listening every day in my car. Your harmony arranged is very fascinating and unparalleled. I like the songs all in all, and particularly like tracks 1, 2, 7, 9, 12, 13 and 16 very much. Above all, soft yodeling quartet of track 7 is excellent!! I found out the hidden track after track 16. It was very funny, indeed. I do hope all your brothers would have good jobs continuously in future. Bless you!”

Kristy Watson – President, Agricultural Heritage Museum, Boerne, TX
“The English Brothers entertained a crowd of over 2,500 people ranging in ages from 1 – 91 during our Chuck Wagon Cook-off Event fund-raiser. They have a truly authentic western sound with harmonies like I’ve never heard before. I still get great reports on how much people loved their performance. They make people feel like they are back in the days of Gene Autry and Roy Rogers with a little humor that spices things up and makes the show current.”

“Saw ya’lls show last Saturday nite to celebrate my wife’s 62nd birthday and then went camping. Couldn’t have made it any better for her. Bought two of your albums and they are great. Thanks…”

Just wanted to thank you all again for the wonderful evening Saturday, 4 April. We loved every single minute: fabulous food, funny brothers, wonderful English family support crew, great entertainment (made me homesick for my old Idaho cowboy family), and best of all, the inspirational message. I loved being reminded that God gives us all a very different set of gifts and expects us to use them to glorify Him and bless others. You blessed us so much, and we’ll be back soon.
